This mod does not modify the base cooldown of shouts or the shouts themselves in any way.Vanilla shouts have too long cooldown to be useful. Mods that reduce shout cooldown typically reduce it to the extent that you can brainlessly spam shout to cheese fights. So I am hoping for a mod that encourage shout usage yet still forcing players into dangerous melee(I said dangerous because I was using some combat overhaul mods).At the beginning, the best way to lower the cool down is to spam shouts. Every shout over the first 50 will start to give you cooldown reduction (although each additional shout over 50 gives you less cooldown than the shout before it). Next easiest is to find word walls, the more words you know, the lower your cool down.
